Fedora is a fresh and fruity white wine produced with a blend of local white grape varieties, such as Pampanuto and Bombino Bianco, and a small percentage of Chardonnay that exalts its complexity. The result is a pleasantly dry, fresh and fruity white wine that is perfect as an aperitif and that well matches entrees, seafood and light pastas.

Bombino Bianco
A white grape variety common in the centre-north of Apulia. Late-ripening, it maintains a good acidity so it can produce wines of great freshness, even in warmer climates. Traditionally combined with Pampanuto, recent pure vinifications have revealed its great qualities.
Pampanuto
A white grape variety typical of the Castel del Monte D.O.C. area; it produces wines with delicate aromas and low acidity. For that reason it is frequently blended with Bombino Bianco, with higher acidity.
